Drawing workshop using life model with tutor Louise Banks.

You will be using the gallery exhibition Flock Together as a starting point for inspiration. Artists Sara Dudman and Debbie Locke capture the close working relationship and movements between a farmer and his sheep through artworks which combine hand made gestural marks with marks generated by drawing machines.   Reflecting on these visual interpretations we'll be exploring gestural marks and ideas of mapping to describe the human form. Working from an expressive approach through to more traditional measuring techniques, the aim will be to bring a fresh,
spontaneous response to the final drawings.

10:30am – 4pm – all day life
