Disabled Access

Thelma Hulbert Gallery (THG) is fully accessible to wheelchair users and a disabled parking space is available immediately next to gallery entrance. The entrance has a wheelchair ramp. There are disabled toilets on the ground floor. The gallery benefits from a large lift to the first floor for visitors with mobility issues. We have a wheelchair available inside the building and seating is available in the galleries.

By Car

There is parking adjacent to the Thelma Hulbert Gallery in Lace Walk car parks on Dowell Street.

There is a disabled parking space within the gallery grounds.

By Public Transport

Thelma Hulbert Gallery is easily accessible by bus and rail. Contact www.journeydevon.info for up to date information on services to Honiton.

Honiton railway station is approx. 10 minutes walk from the Thelma Hulbert Gallery (see Map). For buses stopping on the High Street it is approx. 5 minutes walk to the gallery.

TRIP community transport

TRIP provide a disabled accessible vehicle service for the whole community, serving the Honiton area and the Seaton area, transporting wheelchair users to the local social services daycare centre and for medical appointments or for trips out. The Honiton & District Ring & Ride, a fully accessible door to door bus service covering the town and surrounding areas, providing transport for shopping & trips out.
