Access

Thelma Hulbert Gallery (THG) welcomes families and visitors with disabilities.  For full details about our accessibility please view our Access Statement.

Parking: there is an accessible parking bay in the car park in front of the gallery.

Access for wheelchair uses: we are wheel-chair friendly. There is a ramp to the front door and the gallery doorways are wide enough for wheel-chairs. There is a platform lift to the upper floors and an accessible toilet downstairs. We have a wheelchair available at the gallery too.

Access for young families: baby changing facilities, wide access and lift to upper floor for pushchairs. We can offer a quiet area for breastfeeding and feeding bottles can be warmed on request.

Access for the elderly: the gallery staff and volunteers have ongoing Dementia Friendly training and are part of Honiton Dementia Action Alliance. Wheelchair available and wide access.

Assistance dogs are welcome and water bowl is available at the gallery entrance.

If you have any concerns about access or have particular requirements/medical needs, please contact us – 01404 45006 / info@thelmahulbert.com and we will do our very best to assist you.
