Create Our Space (COS) is THG’s youth-led project inspiring young people to visit and be involved with galleries.
Age 12 – 16? Join our Masterpieces Youth Group. Every other Wednesday during term time: 4.30 – 6pm
- Experiment with different art forms in each session.
Age 16 – 25? Join our new Youth Network. Last Tuesday of every month, 5 – 7pm
- MEET new people and connect with young creatives in your area
- COLLABORATE and make your own exhibitions for the Create Our Space gallery at THG
- GET INVOLVED in our varied programme of photography, film, music, painting and much more
- LEARN SOMETHING NEW through free workshops – discover different creative activities led by specialist artists plus trips to other galleries.
Next meeting: Tuesday 27 May, 5-7pm – learn how to set up artist commissions. Practical session working with CAMP’s artist members. CAMP is an independent member-led support & professional development network for artists across Devon, Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly. With 220 members, they collectively promote and support doing, making, and sharing contemporary art across the region.
