Join us anytime between 11am and 3pm for some yarn bombing!
Honiton’s mayor, Caroline Kolek, is calling for the community to join together to knit, crochet or create pieces of woolwork to yarn bomb the THG garden – with every piece of knitting or crochet either representing a personal memory or the memory of a loved one.
All ages/abilities welcome – we will have knitting and crocheting expertise and materials and tools all on hand. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Free – donations for materials welcome!
The results will be unveiled on Saturday 12 March in the THG garden.
This project has been created in partnership with Honiton’s Dementia Action Alliance to highlight those living with dementia in our community.
