This workshop is part of our project exploring the GWR railway line between Exmouth and Exeter. On this workshop you will learn more about the bird sounds you can hear around Topsham and the stories behind these species, whilst also looking for and collecting items to create cyanotypes. Cyanotypes are a very early form of photography where you simply place an object (or its shadow) on some specially prepared paper, after a few minutes you can take the paper and wash it and find a permanent representation of the object on the paper.
This workshop is free but places are limited – booking essential.
More info provided on booking.
Time: 10am to 3pm
